Made to the same recipe for 3 generations, that of my grandfather Victor Lapalus, our Beaujolais andouillettes are traditional and handmade. This recipe with veal strawberries is unique to our Beaujolais and Lyonnais regions.

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 8 am and 12 pm. Closed on Sunday.
Closures: end of July, end of August, and between Christmas and New Year's Day.
